FLOOR SANDING

Promax Agencies offers floor sanding services. we restore parquet wood floors, wood block floors, t& g floors by first thoroughly sanding using a sanding machine, the floor is then dusted to remove all dust.difficult to access edges and corners that have not been sanded by machine are hand sanded to make them match with the other areas.
Next three coats , one every six hours, of polyurethane clear varnish is applied by hand by brush to produce the shiny finished look. Tupac varnish is at times preferred because it produces the best results.
